    arm: Remove duplicate definitions from arm_mve.h (pr100419).
    
    This patch removes several duplicated intrinsic definitions from
    arm_mve.h mentioned in PR100419 and also fixes the wrong arguments
    in few of intrinsics polymorphic variants.
