    [Ada] Clarify the semantics of signed intrinsic shift operations
    
    gcc/ada/
    
            * doc/gnat_rm/intrinsic_subprograms.rst: More details on shift
            operations for signed types. Also add the missing Import and
            Convention on the example.
            * gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.
