    rs6000: Add more type nodes to support builtin processing
    
    Previously we created pointer types on the fly from their base types
    whenever we needed one.  It's more efficient to create them up front,
    and the new mechanism requires that.

    rs6000: Add more type nodes to support builtin processing
    
    Previously we created pointer types on the fly from their base types
    whenever we needed one.  It's more efficient to create them up front,
    and the new mechanism requires that.
