    rs6000: Remove useless toc-fusion option
    
    toc-fusion was intended for Power9 toc fusion previously,
    but Power9 doesn't support fusion at all eventually, this
    patch is to remove this useless option.
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * config/rs6000/rs6000.opt (-mtoc-fusion): Remove.
