    [Ada] Consistent suppression for warnings inside null loops
    
    gcc/ada/
    
            * errout.adb (Error_Msg): Move warning suppression code from
            Error_Msg_NLE
            (Error_Msg_NLE): Warning suppression is now done by the internal
            call to Error_Msg.
