Remove loop-incremented dead code.
gcc/ChangeLog:
* genautomata.cc (create_composed_state): Remove dead code.
* graphite-poly.cc (print_pdrs): Likewise.

* tree-switch-conversion.cc (switch_decision_tree::balance_case_nodes):
