    [Ada] Fix markup in description of pragma Eliminate
    
    Fix formatting of a nested bullet lists. Spotted while adding
    description of pragma Ada_2022.
    
    gcc/ada/
    
            * doc/gnat_rm/implementation_defined_pragmas.rst (Pragma
            Eliminate): Fix markup.
            * gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.
