    [Ada] Fix classification of Subprogram_Variant as assertion pragma
    
    This pragma was wrongly not recognized as an assertion pragma.  Now
    fixed.
    
    gcc/ada/
    
            * sem_prag.ads (Assertion_Expression_Pragmas): Fix value for
            pragma Subprogram_Variant.
