    [Ada] Update the documentation of functional containers
    
    Functional containers are now controlled. Update the documentation
    accordingly.
    
    gcc/ada/
    
            * doc/gnat_rm/the_gnat_library.rst: Functional vectors, sets,
            and maps are now controlled.
            * gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.
