    contrib: Add dg-out-generator.pl
    
    This script is a helper used to generate dg-output lines from an existing
    program output conveniently.  It takes care of escaping Tcl and ARE stuff.
    
    contrib/ChangeLog:
    
            * dg-out-generator.pl: New file.
