Hei! There have been problem with compiling Apache with PHP and MySQL.
Compiler won't support ANSI and so on. I was allso troubled with that
problem, but my false was this:
cd .../php-3.0.12
./configure --with-mysql=../../mysql/mysql-3.0.12
--with-apache=../../apache/apache_1.3.9 --enable-track-vars
I changed that to:
./configure --with-mysql=/export/mysql
--with-apache=../../apache/apache_1.3.9 --enable-track-vars
I mean, directory after --with-mysql have to be the correct directory
where mysql is working. After that the commands
cd .../apache_1.3.9
./configure --prefix=/export/apache
--activate-module=src/modules/php3/libphp3.a
was ok!
I am hapy now :-) (I am just beginer and hoply this was not too stupidous
answer :)
Ari
