Is there a port of the GCC compiler for 8051 based 
microcontrollers.
If so can you let me know where i can find 
it.

Anja Müller <Mueller-Lehnitz@t-online.de> is working on such a
compiler; you can search the mailing lists, or may want to contact her
directly.
