i notice that i find it hard to find this information.
what is the relationship between having the latest library files versus
compiling a new kernel and system utils stability ?

there's no clear distinction about how important it is to adapt in
understanding if library files need more special attention than just
immediately downloading the latest kernel sources for building...i'm having
trouble finding this information in books and online.

'ny response appreciated.
