Hi all,

I'm attempting to use GCC to compile for a pseudo-ELF
ARM environment which doesn't support PLT- or GOT-type
relocations.

This works fine until I incorporate code from libgcc.a
into my app. libgcc.a seems to use a lot of PLT and
GOT relocation types. Sometimes, even, they're
explicitly requested in the source, as in lib1funcs.S

I was wondering... is it possible (i.e.
pseudo-convenient) to recompile libgcc.a, removing all
uses of PLT and GOT relocations?

Thanks everyone,

Stuart

p.s. I'm using the following version of GCC:

gcc version 2.95.2 20000313 (Debian GNU/Linux)

but am willing to upgrade if necessary.
