gcc-2.95/gcc/config/mips is full of headers, but no a.out.h.
I think that's the only one missing.

Thanks, but unfortunately that did not work either.  Screens
of compiler output should indicate that is was not the header
expected by mips-tfile.c, so I do not send any output.

I will now try to complete this build without compiling
mips-tfile.c somehow.

  I was going to say get newlib, and you might well want to do so anyway,
since it will give you all the runtime stuff you need.  But then I checked
and it doesn't have a.out.h either.  I looked in glibc and found a copy
there: it's only 9900 bytes, so I attached it.  Good luck

  Nonono, that's not what I meant.  Those headers come with the compiler.
What you need are the actual headers that come with the native compiler
for the machine, or possibly the newlib or glibc headers; it depends.

library available for it ?

Hi.
I have some problems building a gcc-2.95 cross compiler from sources
