Hello Fenghui

You need an installed compiler to compile GCC. You downloaded the 
source, not a binary (thus it still has to be compiled).
You can either install the gcc provided in your distribution or download 
a binary release of gcc (See http://gcc.gnu.org/install/binaries.html)
