I looked around on the GCC site for about an hour and I could never find anything on
whether GCC can be used with a computer running Mac OS X. Can it be run on OS X?
Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris,
Apple provides a special build of GCC for OS X. You can download Apple OS X Developer Tools from the Apple website.
The OS X CDs come with the Developer Tools, too. They are not installed by default.
