That's a very vague question. A simple websearch for "frontend backend
gcc" gives several answers.

Try reading those first, and ask again here if you have more specific
questions. It's not a good use of people's time to type out
explanations that can easily be found elsewhere, or to try to guess
exactly what you want to know.
