Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m looking for gcc10-10.3.0_0.darwin_21.x86_64.tbz2, as a macport softwer would require it for installation. Could you please help me where to find it? Does it exist at all?

It might exist somewhere, but not on gcc.gnu.org.
The GCC project only provides source code downloads, not pre-built binaries.
