Somebody is trying to verify gcc-help@gcc.gnu.org as their email
address, to set up a Google account.

I presumed this was some sort of phishing attempt, since the verification
code wouldn't be sent to the email address it's supposed to be verifying.
They're usually (always?) sent to an alternate address or a phone.
