Hi,
I have a legacy project that uses an MPC5200 which is a system-on-chip that has a MPC603e series PPC processor core, a Double Precision FPU, and an MMU.

My question is, can I use the powerpc-linux-gnu toolchain for the MPC5200? Is the compiler smart enough to know about the MPC5200? If so, how do I tell the compiler that I want to target the MPC5200?

I'm wanting to use Visual Studio Code on Ubuntu 20.04

Thanks!
Todd
