Hi,
I have made a cross-compiler for mipsel-linux,and now mipsel-linux/X11R6/libSM.so and other files in the directory are needed, but they didn't exist in the mipsel-linux/.Which option is needed when configuring gcc?

Try finding the source and building them with your cross-compiler.
