The left-overs of the old freezing code in Make_DT are now redundant since
the semantic analyzer performs the same task for the 'Access attribute.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* exp_disp.adb (Make_DT): Remove remaining freezing code.
