Code cleanup only; semantics is unaffected.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* sem_aggr.adb (Resolve_Array_Aggregate): Change an inconsistent
	use of False into its local equivalent Failure.
