Before this patch, gnatmake's parser for adc files failed to ignore
semicolons located inside comments. This patch fixes that behavior.
gcc/ada/
* sfn_scan.adb (Scan_SFN_Pragmas): Improve handling of comments.
Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
