gcc/ada/

	* libgnat/system-linux-ppc.ads: Add Support_Atomic_Primitives.
	* libgnat/s-atopri__32.ads: Add 32 bit version of s-atopri.ads.
	* Makefile.rtl: Use s-atopro__32.ads for ppc-linux.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
