The package Ttypef has been removed but a reference to it was left
over in a comment. This patch removes that reference, and also fixes
a typo.

gcc/ada/

	* ttypes.ads: Remove reference to Ttypef in comment. Fix typo in
	comment.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
