FreeBSD 6 and 7 have been end of life for years as have been GCC 4.x
releases, so no point in detailing specifics of changes around those.

gcc:

	* doc/install.texi (Specific) <*-*-freebsd*>: Remove older
	contents referencing GCC 4.x.
