gcc/ada/

	* doc/gnat_rm/the_implementation_of_standard_i_o.rst: Fix a couple
	occurrences of incorrect quoting.
	* gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
