        * testsuite/30_threads/packaged_task/uses_allocator.cc: New.
        * testsuite/30_threads/promise/uses_allocator.cc: Likewise.

A couple of new tests to verify that uses_allocator is specialized for
promise and packaged_task.

Tested x86_84-linux and committed to trunk.
