     I don't think we can really call this a CPP bug; it's only
     doing what it's told.  The complete expansion of your code
     probably has in excess of 100 million tokens.
     
     I condsider this mainly a bug in GLIBC, but I think
     your coding style is poor, too.  However, I suspect that if
     you report it as a GLIBC bug, you'll just be brusquely
     told to fix your code.
