Hello,
I'm having the same problem when I tried to compile ddd 3.3:
----8<----8<----8<----8<----8<----8<----8<----8<----8<----
c++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I. -I./.. -DNDEBUG -O2 -g -W -Wall
-trigraphs -c HelpCB.C
HelpCB.C: In function `void PopupTip(void *, XtIntervalId *)':
HelpCB.C:2166: Internal compiler error in `scan_region', at except.c:2566
Please submit a full bug report.
See <URL: http://egcs.cygnus.com/faq.html#bugreport > for instructions.
make[1]: *** [HelpCB.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/aschwin/src/ddd-3.3/ddd'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
marsman@home$ c++ -v
Reading specs from
/usr/local/gcc-2.95/products/gcc/v2.95/lib/gcc-lib/alphaev56-dec-osf4.0d/2.95/
specs
gcc version 2.95 19990728 (release)
----8<----8<----8<----8<----8<----8<----8<----8<----8<----
As in the original bug report, this is on a Dec Alpha,
but with OSF 4.0d i.s.o. Linux.
Maybe the problem is in the Alpha specific part.
Feel free to contact me if more information is needed.
Kind regards,
Aschwin Marsman
