Yes, indeed -- the problem seems to be fixed now!
Verified on i386-unknown-freebsd4.3 with a full bootstrap.

Gerald, I seem to remember this problem being caused by src/libstdc++.INC
Recently, I was overjoyed to remove this lame hack.
So, I'm wondering if you can try this again, and see if it is now working.
