    	* include/c_std/bits/std_cwchar.h: Same, plus remove ambiguous
    	__builtins in std::. Remove define hacks.
    	* testsuite/17_intro/headers_c.cc: Add tests.
    	* testsuite/17_intro/headers_c++.cc: Add test.
