I have a patch. It seems to be rebuilding libjava and
testing OK. Debugging seems to be working -- I'm still
guessing that we should use something else than 0 for a decl's DECL_SIZE.

Actually even `class X {}' will trigger the same problem. I briefly
traced it to Java type decls not having DECL_SIZE properly set -- it
seems we never set it to something. Odd.
