 It's finished and checked in.  The macros are VA_OPEN, VA_CLOSE,
 and VA_FIXEDARG, defined in ansidecl.h.  Look there for documentation,
 and in cpperror.c for example uses.

 Here's a patch.  Ok to commit to the trunk?
 
 Or should we remove this ANSI_PROTOTYPES stuff since cp will be
 compiled with GCC?
