make install fails in fastjar directory, as attempting to install jar rather than jar.exe

configure flags: --host=i686-pc-cygwin --enable-threads=posix --disable-libgcj --enable-sjlj-exceptions --with-system-zlib --disable-nls --disable-shared
make bootstrap
make install
>Fix:
Need to fix makefile so that ${build_exext} (or whatever) is added to jar and grepjar, and make appropriate configure changes.
Unsure which *_exeext is appropriate for these files as I don't know if they are for host or target.
