Suse linux 7.0(i386)Kernel 2.4.8 and 2.4.12

I was compiling linux kernel 2.4.12 an got the folowing error:

8139too.c:2419: Internal compiler error in reload_cse_simplify_operands, at reload1.c:8355

i can't figger out the problem. i know it's only a problem in the rtl8139too.c code because if i compile the kernel without this part it doesn't gives any errors.
