testsuite/26_numerics/c_math.cc generates references to the
symbol "sinf" which does not exist in the math library.
configure found that __builtin_sinf declaration exists but
__builtin_sinf linkage does not. HAVE___BUILTIN_SINF and
HAVE__SINF are *not* defined in V3 config.h. std_cmath.h
proceeds to use those functions without any #ifdef
protection.
