     On i686-pc-linux-gnu (3.0.2 and 3.1 current) there is no
     segfault but the output is wrong: "he" (ASCII "h" 00
     00 00 "e" 00) instead of the expected "hello".
     Changing the testcase to use std::wcout instead of a
     wofstream leads to the correct output.
