    This is not going to be fixed in the gcc-2.95 branch, sorry.
    It does not occur when compiling current oms/src/si/decode.c
    with gcc-3.0 and gcc-3.1.  Have you tried using
    -funroll-loops instead of -funroll-all-loops?  Also,
    -O6 does not exist in FSF GCC releases, it only existed in
    the pgcc compiler modifications for Intel Pentium.
