    Problem reproduced with gcc 3.0.4.
    
    With gcc 3.1  20020322 (prerelease)
    
    the following error occurs instead:
    test_namespace_bug.cpp: In constructor `B<T>::B()':
    test_namespace_bug.cpp:13: class `B<T>' does not have any field named
    `
       template<class T> struct myname::A'
