Synopsis: Bad reference to build directory in libstdc++.la

State-Changed-From-To: open->suspended
State-Changed-By: pme
State-Changed-When: Mon Feb  4 05:03:19 2002
State-Changed-Why:
    This is a known libtool bug. There's nothing the library
    can do about it. I'm not closing this PR now because it
    does continue to still be a problem.

    There doesn't seem to be a libtool bug database, so I can't
    point to an official report anywhere.

>Description:
The value of dependency_libs in libstdc++.la contains -L options that
refer to the build directory. These are coming from libstdcxx_flags in
the toplevel configure.in file. An installed libtool link file must never
contain a reference to the build or source directory.
