HPUX 10.20 uses dce threads, not pthreads.

    Fixed in 3.3 and later.  Thread support has been removed
    under hpux 10.20.

 Support for threads has been removed under hpux 10.20.  So, this isn't
 an issue any more.  I will close the PR.
