I've now done some more testing and it's pretty clear that the DFA
scheduler merge has broken builds under hppa64-hp-hpux*. The problem
occurs both with HP cc and gcc in stage1.
It also takes about 30 minutes on a C200 to build the automation table
for the pa8000 in 64-bit land. The others go much faster.
