Old Synopsis: Parse error (both mainline and newparser)
New Synopsis: [new-parser] Parse error

Responsible-Changed-From-To: paolo->unassigned
Responsible-Changed-By: paolo
Responsible-Changed-When: Sat Feb  2 03:08:23 2002
Responsible-Changed-Why:
    Triage done.
State-Changed-From-To: closed->open
State-Changed-By: paolo
State-Changed-When: Sat Feb  2 03:08:23 2002
State-Changed-Why:
    I'm reopening it as a new-parser bug, since it is not
    really equivalent to c++/4862 (which leads to "declaration
    does not declare anything" with the new parser)
