 No, this patch was only applied to the 3.1 branch, and is listed in
 ada/6919 as such.  (And of course a mainline fix must also fix all the
 files added since 3.1 branched, and files with the GNU-inappropriate
 statement should not be added in future merges.)

As far as I know, it is official FSF policy that maintainers are persons, not companies.
