 There's not enough information here to verify whether there is a 
 compiler bug,
 or a bug in the scripts you are using to build graphviz.  The symptoms 
 you describe
 can occur, for example, if you link with "gcc" instead of "g++" (since 
 the symbol
 you are missing is in C++ runtime support).
 
 Another possibility is that you have an installation problem.  Do other 
 C++ programs
 run for you?
