`echo | gcc -E -dM -ansi -` does not forward the -dM and -ansi
options to cc1.  gcc-3.2 would dump a bunch of defines
including __STRICT_ANSI__.

BTW, `echo | gcc -E -dM -x c -std=c89 -` works...
