a call to:

splineIter v = vertices.begin();

new SplineSegment(v,derivates[di+1],derivates[di+2],*(++v));

SplineSegment::SplineSegment( const vector3d &a, const vector3d &b,
                              const vector3d &c, const vector3d &d ){...}

a and d are always identical. looks like the increment is
done AFTER the function call. Old gcc and the intel compiler
worked properly.

     SplineSegment (v, ..., *(v++))
